Weybridge Rifle and Pistol Club (WRPC) has a long and enviable record of achievment in competition, the greatest achievement being Jim Stock winning a team Olympic Silver Medal in the 1948 Olympics. We are currently actively competing in several leagues, notably the Hendon League and Middlesex and Surrey SBRA competitions.

The General Annesley Long Range Rifle Challenge Cup Est. 1920WRPC has quite a few internal club competitions at our Weybridge ranges that run throughout the year, including underlever gallery rifle, sporting rifle and rapid fire black powder pistol with turning targets - which is always great fun.

The General Annesley Challenge Cup (left) which was first competed for in 1902 and is one of the oldest club cup competitions in the world is shot for annually at Bisley NSC.

There are many unofficial competitions run on an occasional basis, including full bore 'black rifle' and a rolling .308 unrestricted competition which are great fun.

Club and league competitions are a great way to sharpen up your shooting and we encourage any member who wishes to shoot in a league to do so. If you are interested in giving shooting a try, either for fun or to test yourself in competition then drop into the club during shooting hours.
